If facebook permanently restrict profile for running ads, because they couldn't verify identity, is there a way to solve this?
Like any other option to verify identity?
Because that option was only active once, we made a mistake, and it didn't give a second chance.

It's a main FB profile with friends and others in the list. Not easy to replace with new one.

If that individual's Facebook profile has been restricted, you need to appeal first and then take the identity verification steps.
 
If your profile is permanently restricted due to failed ID verification, there is no way to try again on that account. You should create a new clean profile.
 
Does Fb ask verification document for all accounts these days or there are things we should avoid, to prevent triggering that?

If this doesn’t work, creating a new account with correct and complete verification may be an option, but avoid violating Facebook’s policies again.
 
Use an alternative profile because there is no other way when you fail to pass facebook review. because as you said, it only happens once, once it fails it cannot be done again.
 
I think it will be very difficult to reverse the restriction. It will be easier if you build a new profile with clean environment and original matching information.
