If Facebook permanently restricts the running of ads on your profile because it cannot verify your identity - trying to appeal will cause the system to be affected and you will be marked, it is best to replace the new account with a new Ip device.

An account that has been permanently limited cannot be saved. You can only prepare a new, more trustworthy account.

If Facebook has permanently locked the account due to an identity verification error, it is almost impossible to recover it. The only way is to rebuild a new account with real, clean information, prepare documents for verification, and use a trusted backup BM/profile to avoid interruption. In other words, if the account is lost, it is considered abandoned, the important thing is to prepare a strong account system from the beginning.

If FB permanently restricted the profile after a failed ID verification, there’s usually no second chance on that account. You’d need to appeal directly through Support, but if it’s truly permanent, the only option is to use a new profile/BM that’s compliant and ready for verification before running ads again.
