Facebook pixel sharing

Hello everyone,

My question is the following - will I lose my pixel, if my ad account will be closed by Facebook?

So basically I have 2 ad accounts under the business manager - I have shared my main accounts pixel with my secondary account. So if my main account will be closed, what happens to the pixel?
