Facebook pixel - need help...

i created pixel in my fb and paste the code in webiste.. everything working fine. after some days now i can see tracked data in facebook. i want to track my website's visitors and then target them for fb ads. pixel tracked 90k users. now i want to use them for app install ads. but am not able to find any option to select my pixel audience when creating ads.
