Does anyone feel annoyed about the spending threshold of a facebook account?

You pay more and more for a long time. Your account has high trust. For example our account can run up to 20k $ per day. If your account is too new and runs too large. facebook view that is abnormal and stop.
 
Spending should be increased gradually.... Sudden spike in spending should be avoided as it gives a negative impact...
 
Due to Some Pakistan People Facebook Close the Theresold Funtion From facebook but it still showing in some countries !

in Pakistan recently launched virtual credit card of easy paisa and they used to get ads approved every day each person created 20x Account and spent more then 400$ per day that's why they Removed the Function lol

I always use Payoneer never heard about easypaisa virtual credit card.. can we still use easypaisa account number to run fb ads?

No you Can't it has been blocked from Facebook + Also Easypaisa remove the service of vcc they have been charged 2 Crore :P this is what pakistan did with there service lol

But still we can use UBL wiz card right ??

Yes I always use Payoneer but the problem is how to add funds in Payoneer from Pakistan.. Will check Entro pay friend.
