Try using another credit card or payment method (like PayPal) to see if the issue persists and sometimes i think banks block transactions due to unusual activity, let contact your bank to see if there are any holds or issues with your card

Now most of them are like that, it's a feature but there is a good way to fix it, you just need to set the threshold limit and it will not happen again.

I’ve had that issue too, try using PayPal instead, it’s been more reliable for me.
