Facebook New PVA not working for Apps

Right now we are facing a big problem to creating apps in facebook. I sale some PVA but those PVA cant create apps. When try to creating apps facebook want phone verification or credit card. But those account already phone verified.

But some of previous PVA can create apps...

Whats the problem of Facebook?

Its block phone no by country or what happen. If country block than previous PVA work how?

If anyone know good solution please help me. Im stuck in selling FB PVA.

it's pretty much hopeless. all the $ was made by folks like me over the past year..it's over. apps are done. if you are trying to do apps now forget it.

It's impossible to know which ips will give this message and once an accounts gets this message it cant make apps even with a good ip.

Lastly, if you are doing ineo, tiny, iphoto your app will most likely be disabled before u go viral, anyway.

No man, once an account get that message, it still can make apps with good IP. I can show you if you want. If you want, you can send me your blacklisted account (not disabled account), I will remove the roadblock and I can even make apps with it.
 
jensen.ol, thanks for your information, let me try with new IP. Right now im using one of my local internet provider their have lots of IP series, when I disconnect and connect getting new IP. I think most of their IP already BAD.

NOW try another provide.

Really? but I still can create facebook app by my FB Phone Verified Accounts. I have created 100 accounts today for my client. May be it's happening for country restriction.

I hope good proxy can solve this.
 
I've my own solution and seem work. Able to create as many dummy apps i want :)
 
there is no problem with apps making .. wht is the issue now.. !

Hi All,

Now I can create apps without any problem. Sometime facebook making problem to creating more apps. Sometime its block after 2 or 5 apps.

Right Now I have 10 apps per account 100 PVA in ready stock.
