Just click Delete, and the group will be delete in 14 days I think, or something like this

why would you do that
The thing is admin is no longer active on facebook and its being spammed badly!. As admin is not active at all , no one can be admin. So its better we bring this group down.
There are some elderly people who were active members in group but its getting bad , really bad.
I was thinking as we get people who get get us likes for some money. Can someone instead of giving likes report that group as abuse . May be then it will be down.
We are willing to pay someone for this!

OMG!! Dude there are many groups in FB which is getting spammed daily . Nobody cares about it. Tell the truth was that your group and someone hacked it from you

Its Easy.Report as spam with many of your friends... it will be banned..

Why would you want to do that? If the group will be cosidered as spam there is a possiblity that it will be deleted.
