What strategies and tactics can be used to effectively monetize dropshipping and digital products and services on Facebook Marketplace? I'm considering drop goods from Amazon. Does FB check the originality of descriptions and pictures?

It's better to start with conversion advertising campaigns, pulling customers to the Landing Page so the buyer rate will be higher. You can sell on Facebook Marketplace but your customer base will be limited because you cannot access advertising campaigns.

I'm interested in this source of sales as well. But I want to direct customers not to an affiliate program, but to my website (dropshipping). Which country is best to use for this? As far as I understand there is a restriction in the USA (you can't show your product to all residents of the country). What is the situation in Canada?
