I think you should avoid changing your login information and address too many times. Fb will be considered unusual activity

I find static residential proxies good for Fb, it's ok to add anti-detection browser too

Only thing you can do is contact Facebook Support or visit their Help Center, submit a request for account review, and provide necessary identification to prove your identity.

Don't worry, this is a 'purple lock' type of lockout. There is no way to appeal it. You can only wait, but it usually takes only 2-30 days to change to email verification.
