Same happen to me, unfortunately was not able to get that account back. Only option is chat, in help, you keep clicking other, and problem not solved, something like that, and sometimes if you are lucky you get that chat option, other way which i did was use some other facebook ad account and give them details of the account suspended, but either way it did not worked for me, i had to create a new one

Yes. I went through the same situation. Tried to appeal using the "chat options" button (if available) or used another account to appeal but it didn't work.
 
Please ask for a review, this is not very feasible but it is the best solution

Even if Meta is wrong, they usually don't care. If their AI feels you have violated their terms, they will suspend your account and as it is in your case, would not even allow you to request a proper human review. Their platform, their rules. And they prefer to be overzealous with the account suspensions as they realize that if you want to spend money on their platform, you will somehow come back and do so.
 
They think it's a good idea to put everything on AI. We can all see the results. Everyone complains about Facebook. They provide convenience to the companies that make up a large portion of their income and ignore the rest.
 
You can contact fb support team to get exact explanation of the reason, maybe ask them to resend the appeal
