This is also true, a friend of mine that uses the mafia wars auto player for greasemonkey to make in game items that he sold, started to have problems, he contacted the maker and he told him that he had been getting letters and emails from both Zynga and FB. He said that they started patching at a phenomenal rate, him and his team could not even keep up let alone get it working for an extended period of time.

They are totally vamping up the security, Bastards!!!!

Wow you are a complete idiot, surely being #2 in the Alexa ranking is nothing.

Personally I have always seen FB to be quite lively in the way of shutting down groups or pages if they are BH. If you have setup your group properly you shouldn't face any problems but for BH groups then if you get shutdown it was for a good reason, if your group is still live then it is just that the FB Moderation team have not yet got around to checking your group.

All of my niche groups are legit, i use BH methods to grow them but I do nothing BH on the group, it makes it seem very legit and makes it easy for people to join, I do advertise but its in a very moral way and they never seem to get reported.

People don't mind seeing advertising as long as its done in a professional way, if its a spammie as F*** group its going to get reported!

I just realized that the reason my group got shut down is because a partner for a JV with that group who has now been outted as a scammer here on BHW was still the admin and added a link to his CPA site even after he refused to pay me my money and un added me as a friend. Oh well.

I think it is much smarter to work to have let's say 50000 visitors per month to a site that you indisputably own than working like a slave to get millions of members in a social network group that Facebook can take away anytime. You are working with someone else's property, and they can confiscate it anytime.


As for the domains... Don't squat the typos / names of large corporations expecting to keep them after they decide to take action. USe them for a while, if they are worth, deploying all privacy / offshore shields; then drop them once caught (or once the C&D threats are intense and credible).


Another piece of advice: don't be a mega-loser registering typos / trademarks with GoDaddy (AKA the glorious hero and faithful ally of trademark holders): in fact goDaddy "privacy shield" contract includes a whopping 30 USD compulsory billing for you as domain owner, when a trademark infringment (eg a C&D letter) is filed against you. It doesn't matter what happens; you will be billed just for receiving a C&D letter while with privacy on.

In other words: I send a fake mail that seems real & credible about infringment to the domainByProxy protected whois contact mail of a godaddy domain owner, and he gets billed 30 USD (tested with a friend). They claim it is for "administrative fees". In reality it is a punitive action if you used their system for shady registrations.


However, I will pay 30 USD myself to someone who can
