Is there any tools or tricks how on to manage multiple FB Groups like 500+ that will look organized, not spammed, etc. Thanks in advance

I have used Maherpost in the past and worked great. Give it a try.

As far as I concern there are no shortcuts or tools or tricks to manage the groups effectively.

If you want the groups to be well organized it has to be closed groups and the group should be managed by 4-5 members.
