Got a page and group for my business. About 3,000 on the page and 800 in the group.

Nobody interacting with either, frustrating as hell. Any tips to improve interaction?

Try posting engaging content like polls, questions, and giveaways. Also, interact with your audience through comments and DMs to boost engagement.
 
more engaging content within the niche, seems like it may be out of niche if there is no engagement. better quality content within niche should work
 
Many way, you could try to post more relavant content and advertise it with facebook. It would be better to build on slowly and slowly and it will pick up

To improve engagement you should create valuable content that is highly discussed interesting images lively topics events that attract people little by little
 
You need business documents to verify BM accounts. Verify all documents to ensure your account is safe.

Make your content and images more engaging. Engage with your audience regularly. Use polls to learn from your experiences.
 
If you want more interactions on your groups and pages, you need to share interesting and valuable content; create surveys, quizzes to ask viewers' opinions and have gifts for participants; don't forget to interact with users by replying to their comments

The problem is that the content you want to convey is not what the viewer needs, care more about others than yourself.
Because customers care about what they need, then what you have.
 
Compelling content and images. Actively solicit opinions. Interact with your audience more. Comment and message more.
 
Post content that encourages comments, use stories, livestreams, and post during prime time. Avoid sales spam, instead, tell stories, create discussions, and always respond to comments to keep users engaged.
