Hello everyone so I need help building a Facebook friends list or editing mine... on a selected targeted audience group or to a niche!! So ya if anyone someone ANYBODY?? knows how to do this then please lmk asap!!

I think it's better to do it manually because Facebook can't know exactly how you want to keep contacts with your friends.
 
Join relevant groups, send personalized friend requests, engage actively, and regularly update your list for targeted audience building.
 
It'll be a little tricky to create a bot that can automate what you want, depending on the parameters, but it's not necessarily impossible. Post on the Hire a Freelancer section if you need help with coding something like that.

You try posting content aimed at the audience you want to target on reels, it will attract attention very quickly
 
Go to target pages and make friends with people who like the same content, then filter out the low engagement and add new people
 
It will be a bit difficult but it doesn't mean it's impossible. Participate in relevant groups and actively interact to build a target audience. And maybe you have to do this manually, but I haven't seen any automatic tools yet
 
If your content shows knowledge and expertise about a certain topic, this will make an impression and attract interested people to follow you
