You should review the content and images of your post to see if it violates Facebook's policies and group rules. You can ask someone to post for you. If they are also locked, it means there is a problem with the post. If they still post normally, I think your account has been restricted by Facebook. Did you post in a group or on your personal page? There are two possibilities: if your post in a group is not approved, it is because the group you are in does not allow members to post freely and automatically deletes the post, or your post is pending approval.
