As sharing as this community is, getting a response to that is just inviting competition for one's niche and, to be real frank, if you have to ask that without doing any testing you are probably not going to have a lot of success.

Use scrapebox, you can scrape groups.

It's hard, because some groups accept you at times but other times they don't. You have to test it yourself.

spammers only make IM harder for others, it only gives immunity for people to click on links in the 1st place, no matter what the content is...

Creating your own group and adding targeted friends work excellent. Stop being lazy and do your research.

hard to say ...some groups maybe appeal to the rest , might not appeal to you...depend what products you are affiliate or seeing etc..
for an example take a look at Make money groups , lots of them. Some are MLM , Some are affiliate programs..., interested buyers also suggestive perhaps some like MLM some don't like.
can't say there are groups are " active for you " Have to try and test around....but some will just post me also...to be frank...

Not only do you ask for the groups, but also the niche.
It's as if you're asking someone to give you their email list "just because"
