Facebook groups problems

I try to add friends to my groups and when it go 100 invites the profile is logout and i have to unlock it by reconize friends photos ...
When i unlock the profile it ask me to change password and blocked it to add friends in groups..
is anyone have the same problem?
i have try clear my browser and change ip and try to other groups (not mine) and i have the same problem..

Is this new change to facebook?
