Mass spamming is not working. Intelligent spamming is still work. Semi-auto is the way to go.

Yes but not in the same fashion as 2015-2016. Too many got into it now Facebook trained Haskell anti-spam intelligence to combat most kind of spams. With a little twist it's very possible.
Important to remember: the anti-spam is automated. It's not an employee who manually verify every post. As long as it's intelligence is limited, you can win it.

What about a ban on URL? It is possible to get ban on sites URL? I'm promoting niche site on targeted facebook groups. Now I'm posting on 30 groups when I publish a post usually once a week. Would it be safe to post on 100 groups same post with same url at the same day?

Link bans are based on feedback from other users along with the source code, domains etc. Facebook have different kind of "level" bans on domains.
So If a new user with 0 friends post a link for the first time (first entry to link shim) which gets reports the probability it is spam is high so they give users a warning, captcha, to share the link.
So what is your advice about account type/preparation for posting links, does it need to be older account with some random natural activities over certain period of time, or it is possible to post without being flagged also with new account being warmed up for few weeks?

They have trained their AI (AI is training itself too based on feedback from other users to match activity with reports) to first and foremost detect the age of the account and the "verified" status. 2 Levels of vertification is available, Phone verified and ID verified. ID verification obviously have a higher grade of "safety rank", so your account is more tolerant to infractions.
On top of that, fb matches account activity such as if your account is 1 week old, have never opened a private chat with anyone on your friendlist (which 99% of the real users do specially first week of fb user), and posts a new link to newly joined groups.
This AI which throws roadblocks and bans are pure functional based, so in most instances this is not a manual review of the account. It requires alot to reach that level.
And what is it you want, do you want to save your links from ban or save your accounts from ban? This is a very big difference too.
For account, create a few relationships by privately messaging atleast 5 friends actively. I would recommend 25 friends to keep at all tie on your account, and actively interact with 5 of them. fb does not rank your action such as liking pages.
For groups, join a couple groups after you have had your friends for maybe a week or so with interactions with your friends via private chat. Then, join couple groups, 5-10, but don't start by posting. Post after you have been in the group for a few days.
If you use some "burner accounts" and/or "burner links" you can be aggresive instantly if you do it the right way. Tell me if you need more help.

Can you please explain more on how to get instant visitors "the right way" with those "burner accounts"?
I don't mind buying new accounts for this method if it will drive visitors while working on my 'verified' accounts as well.

There is no "the right way" but you can avoid the "malicious behaviour detection". They update is frequently so you should never rely on a method working efficiently for a very long time.
So for short term accounts, you add 10 friends per account, if you have 10 accounts, you can add each and every one to each other, so all of them are friends with each other. By automated software (or I can code you a quick console script to message all friends) you can write a couple messages to each other. The day after, make sure to load a few "burner domains" which is not linking to each other. If you use them for redirects, you cannot use automated redirects since these are followed. Use relative path in your domains if you need this. Much depends on what you promote.
Join a group the first day, wait one day, Post slowly in each group. Nothing rapid, they detect the time rate and limit based on this too.
So you can post Domain1 to Group1, and 15-30 minutes later DOmain2 to Group2, etc, and if you have 10 accounts, you should be able to post all day wabout 20-30 links per hour.

Thank you very much for your detailed answer! But i have few questions if you dont mind to answer again.1. Yes obviously I want both, so to save my account so I can post links again, but my priority is to post links so people can visit my site. About your advices they sound really logical but are you sure or you have some inside info that algorithm is working like you say, because apart from what you say I can think of some other logical ways to verify if account is for spam purpose for ex. what if you have lot of likes on your posts in groups and no reports from users because content is relevant and HQ? But links are probably the most important trigger for their spam algos, and that is what´s most important if you are spamming or semi-spamming,so how to post as much as possible links anywhere even in comments without getting banned is the key.
