Facebook groups for News website niches

Hi,
Facebook groups are a valuable source for getting traffic If we find related and active groups and we send related post(not spams).
I manage a news website and i publish mostly political subjects.Does anybody do the same thing here?
can you introduce active groups where we can get traffic?

Lots of people are in that niche, myself included, but sharing the groups that we market in would be inviting competition.

But still instead of producing links. You can publish polls & discussion for people about politics. And engage with them. This will only help you to get your site's brand to their attention.
