There is 20k fans from US , there is no much likes per post maybe because there is many posts like 700 posts a day .
And the group growing is fast ,like 400 new users every day

i would love to hear some suggestions how to make some bucks from that group
Limit new posts. Allow only 3-4-5 great posts every day.
Every single day write a welcome post where you will tag all new members. In that post is mentioned some offer you are promoting.
Since you'll have only a few posts per day there could be one from your other accounts where you promote some other offer.
That's the first thing I thought about.

Are you looking for ways to monetize your fb group? If it's a goal oriented group, i.e everyone is trying to do something (like make money) you should try helping them but sprinkle in affiliate offers from time to time. THese should be good suggestions. I.e for a blog making group, recommend them the best hosting site in your opinion and drop affiliate link.
Try to become an authority in the group. Get to know everyone in there and engagement them. People should be tagging you a lot in their posts and comments if this is done correctly. Once you have that authoritative presence where everyone is looking up to you, you can start selling almost anything.
