Well im planning to use Leadpages any day now that's why i ask if FB group posting with CPA still worth doing lol

If you have your own domain, a good product, a pro landingpage and the FB post is well constructed, sure it can work but it's highly saturated.
Good groups are heavy moderated and groups that allow such posts are already bombarded with spam by others that are doing the same.

Still works like a champ... you can't post more than one or two posts per account and you really should use each individual account pushing their own offer but with a volume of accounts you can still do very well.

Around that amount or only one post. Facebook has all the stats for the real users activities. So basically normal users will not be posting links in groups more than once or twice a day or not more than 5 a week. Simple to know about this, ask yourself how often do you post in groups as a normal user. You need very large amount of facebook accounts to spam on group posting. Which isn't really cost effective. You might be better off paying these group mod for sponsored post in those groups.
