Facebook group joining methods???

I am from India. I just created a viral news site and I want to join in facebook groups from Us,Uk,Canada and Australia to promote my content. When I am searching for groups to join from my personal account only the groups from India are shown in the results. Can someone please show me a way to overcome this problem.

That's funny sir. Actually I know this method but that's not working for me as expected. My results are good with Indian groups but not able to find good us groups.

Post in Hire a freelancer and you will probably get someone to scrape groups for you for 5.00.

I know I could do it with the automation I have in minutes but that is not how I earn a living + I know others can do it as well and that is how they earn theirs.

Are you asking what would happen if you used a VPN to scrape facebook groups? That all depends on how many accounts you have and the rate that they're scraping. A lot of applications use rotating proxies.
