Hi Friends,

I have an issue with my private group, niche: buy and sell

Someone is publishing products fake nike sneakers and the same person reporting these posts to Intellectual Property team on Facebook and they removed the posts and my group are in risk to be removed !
These posts that are removed from Facebook and was in pending and not approved from any admin or moderator.
Currently I've paused my group until to resolve this issue.
Does anyone have any ideas how to avoid this problem?

They will not be able to attack your group

Crazy technique, very smart I must say, though it definitely sucks for you.

I have to assume it's being done by groups that are competing with you for members and want to remove you. I can't believe they'd be able to report posts that haven't been approved though, that's an interesting loophole they've discovered - if my theory is correct.

Was it perhaps other staff members of yours that reported the content? In that case you could just ask them to stop that.

Very tricky situation.

You should register your trademark and intellectual property office so this can be better evidenced
 
Contact Facebook directly to report issues, complaints and verify your product. They can assist you in checking and handling situations.
 
I think if you encounter this situation, please report it to Fb support so they can have the best solution.
 
Your article has not been censored but has been reported for intellectual property, you need to review your close employees immediately, maybe some of them are working for a company that competes with you and are not loyal to you.

If your group is deleted, file an appeal if you are not in violation.

and turn on post moderation in your group to check for fake posts.
 
Contact the Facebook SP team directly to report and give feedback on the issue.

I think pausing the group is not a right decision, but I understand you were afraid of losing it. Pausing the group might decrease the reach of the group later.
Why don't you approve posts manually and not let that 'someone' post stupid products in your group!! I'm admin in many groups and have thousands of spams daily but I never approve those posts.

These guys that replied in this thread except JUSTIN, don't even have a clue what you asked. I think people are abusing AI answers.
 
Someone prob abusing FB’s system to flag ur group. Turn on post approval so only trusted ppl can post. Restrict new members from posting till they prove legit. Report to FB n explain the sitch. If it keeps happnin, maybe change group privacy or block sus members
