Facebook friend list building - need help!

Well, i've started bad, i got the profile picture verification thing at the first day,but i passed it, and at the 2nd time i had to provide a phone number. i've readed the facebook community terms (i don't remember if that's the name exactly). but my question is, how often may i add friends, and how many do you recommend me to add per day? , and with add, i mean accept the friend requests, not send.
