Before anything further, please note that I am totally unaware of your budget. But I can see that you have a considerable one considering the various platforms your company advertises in.
Also, not that you're asking for help or ideas or anything, but what the hell!
What I'd do is get a bunch of videos created. These can be animations comparing your products vs dealer prices for the same product. If you're talking about the bike I think you're talking about, then you'd need some sort of a grungy animation.
These videos can also be mini-interviews of sorts. Individuals against the backdrop of their bikes, talking about their purchase experience with you guys. Highlight the usual positives - great support, fast delivery, gave me a complimentary handjob, were ready to help etc.
Once you have the footage created and classified, you can begin your segmentation and run split tests across different platforms that support video - Youtube & Facebook. You can do instagram video adverts too, but I am not sure if it suits your demographics. Dropping a couple K there to see if it helps you gain some traction would be a good idea.
You can prolong your video by offering coupon codes with time limits at the end - "Use POSFB13" to get a discount of 13%. Valid until 17th July, 2016" - this would help you track your video activities as well.
Excited to see how you turn things around with this.
P.S - It's great to see that you haven't left completely. I can work with once a week.
Edit - Screw you @bourrinfurtif for bumping a 2 month old thread. I got all excited thinking @Ste Fishkin is back.
