I am also clueless. I literally tried everything with no luck.

If your Facebook account was disabled due to severe violations, it is hard to recover it.

I have a contact who can recover the account, but it should be there is a PAGE under your FB account. The fees based on followers. DM me if you are interested to try it out, and I will ask the guy if it's possible to recover it.

you'll need to submit an appeal to get your account back, depending on the circumstances of the disabling, they may or may not grant your request. You cannot recover an account that has been deleted.
