you can either run away and hide or get your shit straight. get an offshore vps to do your business on, buy some domains with vcc or prepaid cc, buy some proxies. be anonymous. instead of just spamming everything, put something in the way to block their efforts to stop you.
they cant get your home ip because the ip being used is now an offshore vps. they cant hunt you down with your domain since its registered to someone else (fake info). use proxies to swap between accounts or run friend scripts on and shit.
these are just examples, just make sure there is a barrier between you and the service you are spamming :/

Yes using a proxy could help, but when a link leads to a landing page they have cookies and tracking ids, the next step is easy to do.

This is pretty easy to cover up. You have a script which plants about 30 different cookies on the users machine masking the real cookie which belongs to the advertiser. If you want to go the extra mile also you can iframe your offer on the page hiding the real advertiser URL and then encrypt the page using javascript so that the source is garbled nonsense.
The javascript code doesn't count as a script. There's like no way they can detect you used javascript to select all. (unless they timed how long it took you to select all + invite....but that would involve having to time the loading of millions of pages, pretty pointlessly, every single day)

Not to forget that the affiliatedata needs to be protected and your bankdetails or paypal needs to be anonymized too.

What I would be scared of is not them going after your IP address or even your domain details, but your personal details from the CPA/Affiliate company your with. Unless you can get an anonymous account with your CPA/Affiliate company and this means anon name, anon address, anon payment details (ain't easy) then there is no way of being on the safe side.

Which leads to the point that you need to be incognito and cant pay tax. And then... welcome on the illegal side. Which means new foes with other possibilities...
