Facebook cloaking is when the user comes from FB. But it's the same process regardless where they come from.

So is the theory behind cloaking the below?
1. When ad is submitted but not yet approved, the ad links to Url1 and renders Content1 (allowed content)
2. When ad is submitted and approved, the ad still links to Url1, but it renders Content2 (disallowed content)
I noticed someone had commented that cloaking includes showing one version of the ad to the review team and a different version of the ad to actual Facebook users. Is that actually possible? I thought that the ad content is just an image selected and can't be changed without resubmitting.
Also, with cloaking, don't you run into an issue when FB periodically re-checks your website, resulting in an automatic ban? Is the idea that "I KNOW this account will get blocked, I just need to milk it for all its advertising worth before it does"? Or is there actually a way that your account can survive FB eventually finding out that you got approved then changed to disallowed content?

So in easy way
If there is a bot or Server Ip it will show you a WH page (White page) but if someone land on your ad via DSL IP or local ip it will land on your BH ad
There are many Cloakers avl in market but a few are only working

It's not possible to cloak the Ad Copy or Image that you submit to your ad network. Once it's submitted you cant change.
The cloaking only happens on your website. It simply works like a filter that only show good users your real website. All other like bot, ad Network reviewers,.. see the other version

I'm gonna break it down super simple for you. Facebook cloaking is like selling horse shit to users while showing Facebook bots that you're selling birthday cakes. Why? So your ads can quickly pass review, unless they get hit with a manual review. Well, good luck with that.
