Cloaking is a content masking trick that can hide your landing page. So that Facebook can not scan and approve your campaign

cloaking is a tactic that hides content that might lead to your landing page. So that FB cannot scan and approve your campaign

When you run BH products, you should use cloaking to avoid being scanned by Facebook and getting your ads approved

Facebook cloaking is a practice used by some advertisers to show different content to Facebook's review systems than what is shown to regular users. There is many cloakers in the market for the same.

Cloaking is a search engine optimization technique in which the content presented to the search engine spider is different from that presented to the user's browser.
 
In a nutshell, it's a content spoofing technique,
When search bots and moderators see one data,
And users see other data.
