i try to open new account with new ip and new phone number in during the process of opening account the lead me to this step to upload my photo even i didn't finish creating my account yet
what i'm supposed to do ?

Upload it as through your phone you won't be able to make multiple IDs, so it will better to simply go along with the verification.
