Facebook (Cashback)

Hello
I created an account using my Facebook profile to advertise, but the account has been deactivated, and the money I previously deposited into my account has been lost. What should I do to get it back? Please help me.
Contact Meta support team and provide them with your advertising account ID so they can investigate. The deposited amount will then be refunded to your payment card

If the ad account was disabled, first submit an appeal and contact Meta support to request a balance review refunds are usually possible if the spend wasn’t actually delivered. Going forward, it’s safer to advertise via a verified Business Manager to reduce the risk of sudden shutdowns.

I've had a few accounts experience this as well. The solution is to submit a refund request to Facebook Ads Support, but the money will only be refunded once Facebook confirms that your account has no activity or policy violations.

If the ad account was deactivated, your balance isn’t usually “lost” — it’s either refundable or can be reclaimed through billing support. Go to Meta Business Help → Billing & Payments, open a ticket, and request a refund of unused balance or clarification tied to the deactivation case.

Do you have live chat support? so use it to explain your issue and request assistance. The support team will handle it more quickly.

If it was prepaid balance, refunds depend on policy. If it was automatic billing, you likely weren’t “losing” money — just unused balance.

If your ad account is disabled, contact Meta Support to request a refund, as unused balances will not be automatically refunded.

If your account’s deactivated, file an appeal through Meta’s Help Center and provide any requested ID or business verification. Check email for updates. Recovery isn’t guaranteed, but this gives the best chance to get your funds back.
