Meta's support team is AI; I need a real person to provide support via phone call. Have you ever provided support like that before?
 
Currently, Meta doesn't support real phone calls, it only offers forms and chat (mostly AI-powered), so you have to submit suggestions through Ads Support and wait for their response manually if you meet the eligibility requirements.
 
I think you can only submit a refund request to Facebook's Ads Support department. They will only refund you if Facebook confirms that your account was wrongly suspended; otherwise, the money will be lost due to policy violations.
 
Facebook typically holds ad funds for 30-60 days after deactivation before issuing a refund. File a support ticket through Business Help Center and provide your invoice details. If that fails, initiate a chargeback through your bank as a last resort, but note this will permanently ban your personal profile from advertising.
 
If the ad account was deactivated, you need to appeal through Meta Support or Account Quality to request a refund, as unused balance isn’t automatically returned unless the account is reinstated or reviewed.

If it was prepaid, ask support to refund the remaining balance to your original payment method.

Did you press the "add fund" button?
 
If your ad account is disabled and funds are withheld, you must file a claim directly with Meta via the Ads Help Center or the “Contact Support” section in Ads Manager. Meta is the only authority authorized to review refunds when an account is wrongfully disabled. There is no other way than to submit a refund review request with proof of payment and a valid reason.

If the account has activated the "add fund" feature, then when the account is deactivated, the deposited funds will be lost and cannot be refunded.

Try contacting Meta support. While waiting for a response, switch to a postpaid account.
