Facebook campaign in review since 5 hrs

Started a campaign and it's close to 5 hrs and still in review. It doesnt usually take this long lol.

Should I delete and start again?

If you are just started then wait. Usually ads are reviewed by staff before approving. In Google and bing it takes up to 24 hours and even more sometimes.
 
It can take upto 3 days... but that's normally only when you're under manual review.

Otherwise it normally takes upto 24 hours to get approved these days (until your account builds up some trust then it will be maybe 3 hours or even auto approve).
 
yep, campaigns can be moderated more than 24 hours, you can speed up this process by writing them into online chat (if Facebook supports this option for your country)
 
Try creating a duplicate ad with some minor changes like by adding some additional interests, sometimes FB approval takes a lot of time.
 
its normal don't worry, if you are that much concerned you can just talk with support

I've had campaigns that took almost 2 days to get approved as the others said, be patient.
If you're impatient, go try duping the campaign.
