Is there such service or software that can bulk manage accounts? manage around 1000-2000 accounts comment, like, share specific fb posts or videos.

I know there are 3 software that can help you manage ads, ads power, octor browser and vps

Use the search button in the forum, top right corner and write Facebook Automation Software and check the available tools.
 
If you're talking about automation work so hard there's no good software
but if you're talking about only organizing them, having each account cookies separated, etc, you can try Adspower 1000 Profile costs around $150/mo

I understand your question and what I sent is the tool manage comment etc, not proxy providers as other answers ((( have you checked it yet?
 
You can using adspower to see if it's effctive, i think seems good
 
Some apps that might work well for this you can try: Adspower, Dolphin. I think those are the best apps at the moment
