Facebook Bulk Account Creation

Need to be able to create ~150 facebook accounts for a project I'm working on. I was wondering if anyone can speak to the current state of facebook registration process, bans etc. I'm going to be using the accounts to create lots of facebook pages (2 - 3 per account) and posting to all pages daily via the API. Would it be worth it to use a bot to make all these accounts, authorizing via some pva API service or should I just buy some aged accounts? In 2019 is one more likely to be banned than the other?
