Hey, I don't have a plug for BM credit lines myself. I've heard some people get them through ad reps, but I haven't seen it firsthand. I’d suggest reaching out to your Facebook rep or checking around in our community. Personally, I'm still on the lookout too, so I'll let you know if I hear anything!

These accounts are usually hacked and they can't be used for long because the owner will find a way to get it back. It's very risky, you should only use it if you have a huge budget.
 
You can contact Meta to request that they review your credit account if your account has run ads for multiple Facebook accounts.
 
you need to have good spending history, you should use an old account that has spending history, you need a verified BM account with charging payment history.

it is very difficult to buy such accounts.you can only register with FB yourself.before that your account needs to spend a lot and not encounter any restrictions before submitting the application
