Has the old request verification form been taken down?
I just get the old thumbs down page not found error now :(
Anyone got a working link?

Form it's not available anymore, only for Facebook Media Partners
 
its been down for a few weeks now. people from facebook didn't even know about it. i was emailing someone the other day and he sent me the link but it was a unavailable link
 
The links are now region specific due to stricter placements on verifying pages. I suggest try the link you have on a VPN. Go for countries like UK, CA, US, AUS etc.
 
USA is not available I'm American and can verify ill check on different vpn and check back

Countrys not working: USA, Canada, Germany, Netherlands, Singapore
 
Which link?? I am from Bangladesh can I have the bluetick on my Facebook profile???
 
Seems like some have bought their way into verification, and might be a clue to getting verified in the future

I've been seeing a bunch of irrelevant accounts get the blue tick. They're handing the blue tick to anyone who can prove they're not a dog it seems.

The link was working for me on 1 January with USA and HongKong VPN, I think they decided to close the application form completely.
However if you are in USA, you should give a shot on "Mentions for verified page" link.
