facebook blocked me why ?

So i was joining some groups and suddenly i got blocked and could not post anything in groups do they do this permanantly or just few days i mean i just joind like 7-10 groups

Same happened to one of my accounts ... I was joining groups too fast, but after 20 days my block was lifted.

been spamming some of my fb profiles but never been blocked, luckily.

Sometime facebook bans you for 15 days and sometime for a month to post in groups and sending text messages in inbox. So its not blockage of your FB account, Its just a temporary ban
