You should buy a quality profile, the type that was once banned but was restored by FB is better. It's healthier
 
When running many such accounts, you should use a residential proxy and use an anti-detection browser as this will be more effective.

Is either you are posting too many ads in groups or the groups do not allow ads.

Should use proxies pn rdp, adspower or VPS since they are stable and strong.
 
You should use IP residence when you log in
