Could now enable 3 Accounts with a real photo from a real person, which is NOT the same as on the profile. But looks a little bit similar. So just no black girl and I sent a photo of a white girl.
In the rules of Facebook written, that it is allowed not to use real photos as profile photo. But they have written it very confusing. Anyway, they just want to be sure, you are a real person. And of course not to use more than one account.
On one other laptop I have 10+ accounts running. I have always logged-in all at the same time, same IP, same laptop. They were so stable since months, I never cared anything about it. And I did only like some other posts, add some few requests, sometimes make a nice post. So really all absolute save and very positive.
And now 4 of them got already the photo check. After just liking some posts. But the posts I liked were from a spam account (not spam posts, but the profile pic for example of the account). So FB is punishing other people for liking profilepics of spam accounts. They are building connections. Looks like machine learning and they are trying how far they can go and whats the best balance.
