I think u should be more specific about your question. Maybe your content, your product you are selling is violate fb policy.
Or fb suck, just want to ban you.
If you are selling products violate FB policy, U should buy some aged accounts and manage them with some quality proxies v4 (922, Shifter... should work) and an antidetect browser for anonymous accounts (dolphin, incogniton, hidemyacc I beleive).
Of course if the products is proper to sell, u just need to contact them to open your ads accounts.

- You can use your verified facebook account to appeal. You need to find out the reason why facebook banned your ad account and based on that to appeal to ask them to reconsider your account (the success rate is not high but you can try if they really mistake). Good luck!!!

First your account is banned because facebook is suspecting you to violate the policy. All you need to do is appeal if your campaign is completely valid. Use scan accounts and cloaking tricks instead. good luck
