Every time I log in at a new computer, I usually get it

I guess your campaign is black. I think you should create a clean environment first like using a proxy before working

It has been recovered after appeal used 24hours
 
Which mail provider are you using? can be your IP is flagged..

maybe fb want to make sure that this account is yours, you need vertify your photo and information
 
Reset phone and use a different IP/network
 
You could change another IP, that could reduce such problems. THanks
