Anyone experienced this before?,
I bought a new phone and try creating Facebook account but the account get suspended immediately I create it.

Now, I try creating Instagram account also and I get suspended immediately but Instagram has unlocked my account back after I appeal, they claimed it was by mistake

May your IP is unclear. You could change another IP, that could reduce such problems.

Did you change your browser or create a profile before signing up?

It is either because your IP has previously been used to register a Facebook/Instagram account or your phone has been used for the same purpose.They use many parameters like IP address,browser fingerprinting and device fingerprinting to detect multiple accounts creation from the same device/IP.

Yes,they ask me for that but it's yet to reach 24hrs

I mean sometimes because of the IP, you can't create a new account.

was it a brand new un used phone , or just a phone you hdnt used b4?

Just bought it as brand new but I don't know if it's refurbished cause it was from Aliexpress

It looks like your new phone is refurbished and its digital fingerprint has some history with meta. You can appeal on FB as well and provide all the necessary information required for the verification. Your FB account will also be recovered.

The problem here is where is your IP address when you create a Facebook account? I think that IP has a lot of offending accounts. so your account was locked immediately. you can use VPS software to transfer your IP to a safer place and try to appeal your FB account. The chance to be reopened is very high

Happens even on legit accounts, they just want your photo and data for verification
