Facebook automation (automatic replies via messenger to comments in groups, not pages)

Hello everyone, I'm new here, but I ended up here hoping someone would help me.

I think you've seen religious posts in Facebook groups asking people to write "amen" in the comments or hear something about the Eastern Lightning sect, so they use Facebook automation. I don't know which one, but I've tried different services like ChatRace, ManyChat, FewFeed, MaxCare, and others.

I once had large groups, and they spammed me from regular pages.
They posted religious posts, and they collected crazy hits and comments.
That is, when you leave a comment in the comments IN THE GROUP under a post, you automatically receive a message in the messenger in 1-2 seconds with their messages, pictures, links, etc.

They are really good at driving traffic, I think there is a great team behind it, but I'm just interested in what kind of service it is, let's try to figure it out together

Where did you see it? Can you help with this?

You can set up automatic messages in the advertising section, in the campaign, set it up as you wish if a customer replies to your post or mess ad.

From what I’ve tested, most public tools like ManyChat or ChatRace don’t allow automation from comments inside groups, only on pages or posts you own. So these guys are likely using custom built tools with FB Graph API access, or even browser based bots + cookie sessions.

Unfortunately I haven’t seen a public tool that does this exactly. What I saw looked like a private setup, probably self-hosted, combining post triggers, comment listeners, and Messenger reply bots. The response time was around 1–2 seconds, which rules out anything cloud-based like ManyChat or ChatRace.

I didn’t get access to the full flow, just saw the results live inside a large religious FB group. If someone has access to a real config or even partial logs of how the Messenger bot gets triggered in groups, that’s the key. From there we can try to replicate it step by step.

Automatically sending messages can only rely on a third party tool, using chatbots to automatically send messenger messages to people who comment on the fanpage, not groups.

If you feel uncomfortable about it then you can ignore them and not care, or you can report them.
