Facebook app that shows what the user click and read

Hello everyone! Hope you had a nice weekend

I scrolled through my Facebook feed this morning and came across til article I wanted to click, but then I got to a app page where I had to install a app on Facebook and when I did, it auto-posted the article to my Facebook timeline.

Does anyone know of a way to build something like this? Or does it exist? I've tried googling, but can't really find anything...

Build a legitimate article. Cloak the access so when clicked Facebook sees the article but users see your app. That's how they did it.
