Facebook App Development Idea/Help

I have this idea for an Application and would like some help if its a) already available in some other software b) even possible c) if it is possible, someone who can help create it.

I'm in the process of creating an offline social media company that would help local businesses with their social media. And of course I'd like to use some tricks ive learned on bhw to help keep customers satisfied.

Here's the plan:

Buy a few hundred PVA FB accounts, create some type of app in which i would manually go an allow the app on each purchased fb account. Then i could create a testimonials and using the App push it through to the accounts so they can post it on the Business's Fan Page. Would this type of app be possible? I know you can ask to grant permission to post on a user's wall, but can it be granted that it posts from a user to a fan page's wall?

I would like the single testimonial to be pushed through only one account, then the next message would be pushed through another random account, basically rotating through the couple hundred "customers" i have waiting to give a great testimonial. It would need some type of back end where you could pick which fanpage you would like the message to be posted

any help or anyone interested in trying to make this a reality?

I've found that Facebook page IDs can almost be used interchangeably with profile IDs. I.e. if you go to http://www.facebook.com/pages/yourprofileID you will be redirected to your profile, even though you went to /pages.

So, in theory, you can publish to a page the same way you would publish to a friend's wall. Send me a PM and I'll test it out for you and develop if possible.

By app do you mean a proper registered fb app? I don't recommend that since it will leave a trail that can be seen from space. Am assuming you don't want your clients to find out you are on autopilot.

if you just want to use multiple accounts to post multiple messages on a single/or more pages, it's both feasible and easy enough. I can do this for you, pm me.

Is IndianBill a reputable guy? I don't mean to be offensive, it's just I have an app idea I'd like to have developed, something I can have available only through my company/brand (for the traffic and stuff, you all know what I mean)...but I don't want to lose my idea to someone shopping around for developers.

Yes it's possible. You're going to want to work with someone experienced with FB's Graph API.

So far I have 10 Facebook accounts, And i uploaded them all to hootsuite to be able to control them (i.e.: all post messages etc. But it cannot post to pages from within hoot suite.) anyone know of an app that could? or I'm still looking into making one. I had one person pm on here and said they would start to make it and disappeared.
