It seems that Facebook is giving more priority to prepaid accounts, which makes it more difficult for us to prepare advertising budgets.

to deal with this problem first you should not go through the beta card it takes time to confirm your payment ability because recently prepayment for Meta it happens more

No solution, use a new account and keep some ads on the old account to make sure you don't get blacklisted. Prepaid accounts are only available randomly, but it seems like Facebook will soon make it universal

Recently FB has a new test update, prepaid accounts happen randomly and there is no way to fix it, please use a new account.

this is a new meta update, i think they will move to prepaid

First of all you should not lock the card, Meta needs time to confirm your payment ability. with your daily budget if the budget is lower than the threshold.
