Yup, Meta’s been doing this a lot lately — basically holding a "pre-auth" for your daily spend, especially if your card or account is fresh. Locking the card right after triggers even more flags.
If you're managing multiple ad accounts or running across several niches, this kind of thing gets messy fast.
 
I think it's better for you this way, there's no problem that you won't be able to receive payment from your card.

If you add a payment, make sure the card is valid, and has sufficient funds. Some regions may require specific types of cards
 
Oof, you're out of luck on that. If memory serves, once you've been flagged as prepaid-only, it's not really reversible. Re-adding or removing the payment method doesn't help with that either. Could contact support to request a switch back, you'd have far better luck with that going through. Don't keep your hopes up though.
