Honestly the safest way I’ve found is solid cloaking + clean setups. FB is way stricter these days, so relying on aged accounts alone won’t cut it. I’ve tried NoIPFraud, cloakerly and more back in the day, but none gave me consistent longevity. Been running with TrafficShield for a while now and it filters pretty tight – reviewers see whitehat, real users see the offer. I think the most obvious thing people overlook is just making less aggressive ads. Often times its not the niche that gets you banned, but more so the aggressiveness of the ad.
Study the facebook ad policy and know whats allowed and not allowed. For example, an easy and obvious trigger is showing before and after pics. You can run a clean and whitehat landing page and offer, but if you have aggro ads they will get shut down.
Vice versa, you could run a blackhat LP and offer, with a very soft ad for a long time. Most of the time it's the ad that lead to short lifespan of an account.
